Irma Cooper
Founder/CEO
For over many years Irma Cooper has been a noteworthy leader in the community and volunteer space. You may know her from her work as a board member for the Faith Coalition for the Common Good Local Organization. She holds a bachelor's degree in Theology and Biblical Studies as well as Business Administration. Her accolades include the organization of the Local Gamaliel NTOSAKE Local Pride Women’s Organization “She Who Walk With Lions; She Carries Her Own Things” and the production of “Precept Upon Precept” which aired on Channel 4 Local Broadcast. As an advocate for community and family life, Irma has been not only a mother to her own daughter Yolanda Wallace-Robinson but she's fostered children in need for over 20 years.

Diamond In The Rough, Inc is a non-profit organization. We are registered with the Secretary of State 501-C3.
Diamond In The Rough Outreach is defined as that diamond that has not been uncut.
Irma’s passion:
· To help aid, inspire boys and girls, women and men in personal, professional, and spiritual life
· To help redefined that diamond in the rough to sparkle by inspiring and motivating individuals
· To discover and develop, cultivate those hidden gifts, talents, and self-worth by providing leadership training, mentoring, coaching, and life skills 4 to 6 weeks program through implementing the 5E’s Elements: to educate, empower, engage, explore, and envision.
· Irma is a teacher, midwife, trailblazer, mentor, coach, and motivator.
