DITROI is a Non for Profit Organization designed in helping both boys and girls, men and women define and refine their hidden gifts and talents.

What Is Our Purpose?

We will be like a 'doula' that midwife who is there to help you birth out those potential gifts, skills, and talents that are to be brought alive, cultivated, developed, nourished, and embraced. We will help identify and polish those potentials through leadership training, coaching, mentoring, and life skills.

Using the 5E's Elements: Education, Empower, Engage, Explore, and Envision is where we evaluate the process.
